Virtual Fitness Classes

Get up and get moving from the comforts of your own home with our NEW virtual workouts with Parker Parks and Recreation Fitness staff! We are happy to provide these fitness videos free of charge for the first 100 live attendees through Zoom. Videos will be accessible for additional viewing on our YouTube and Facebook accounts soon!

How to Join the Virtual Class

New to Zoom? It’s easy to join! Just click this link https://zoom.us/j/798316625 which will take you directly to our virtual classes where you will be able to follow along with each fitness class in a group-like setting. No registration or account needed – just add your name when prompted! Once you join the class you will be able to see your instructor on the video. The default settings are automatically set to have YOUR video/audio AUTOMATICALLY TURNED OFF. If you would like to have the instructor (and others) see you through video, just turn your video option ON. This makes it feel more like an actual class. If you want to “speak” to the instructor, just use the chat window.

If you have never used Zoom before, we suggest connecting at least 10 minutes before class to get familiar with how it works. You can download the mobile app from your phone/tablet ahead of time as well.

8:30 a.m.: Boot Camp with Denise – 60 min.
10:45 a.m.: Yoga with Danielle – 60 min.

9 a.m.: HIIT with Mel - 60 min.
11:15 a.m.: Glutes and Abs with Shannon - 60 min.
4 p.m.: Gentle Yoga with Pam - 60 min.
6:15 p.m.: Mat Pilates with Becky - 60 min.

Tuesday, April 7
8 a.m.: HIGH Fitness with Taylor - 45 to 60 min.

9:30 a.m.: Barre with Shanna - 60 min.
11 a.m.: Floor Aerobics with Pam - 60 min.
6:15 p.m.: Cardio Kickboxing with Kristen - 60 min.

Wednesday, April 8
8:30 a.m.: Cardio Kickboxing with Tina - 60 min.
10 a.m.: Yoga with Bonnie - 60 min.
11:15 a.m.: Strength with Shannon - 60 min.
4 p.m.: Gentle Yoga with Becky - 60 min.
5:30 p.m.: Zumba with Jaime - 45 to 60 min.

Thursday, April 9
8:30 a.m.: Strength with Tina - 60 min.
10 a.m.: Yoga with Shanna - 60 min.
11:15 a.m.: Mat Pilates with Julet - 60 min.
5 p.m.: HIIT with Leslee 45 to 60 min.
7 p.m.: Intermediate Yoga with Michele - 60 min.

Friday, April 10
6 a.m.: Cardio Kickboxing with Erika - 45 min.
8 a.m.: HIIT with Kristen - 45 to 60 min.
9:30 a.m.: HIGH Fitness with Taylor - 45 to 60 min.
11 a.m.: Mat Pilates with Michele - 45 to 60 min.

Saturday, April 11
7:30 a.m.: HIIT with Christie - 45 to 60 min.
NEW! 9 a.m.: Cycle with Joana - 45 to 60 min.
10:15 a.m.: Yoga with Janeen - 60 min.
11:45 a.m.: Mat Pilates with Julet - 60 min.
4 p.m.: Zumba with Jaime - 45 to 60 min.

These classes are designed for an at home workout, so be sure to bring your water, towel, weights (soup cans, water bottles or other ingenious substitutes), clear some space to get ready to sweat!
