Run Series

Parker Recreation hosts four family-friendly races each year as part of the annual Run Series, which is expected to promote community and active living to more than 2,500 participants over the course of the year!

2024 Run Series Bundle

Bundle registration opens Dec. 1, 2023. Register for all four of the 2024 Run Series events to save 10 percent! Each bundle registrant receives a high-quality, handheld hydration bottle, in addition to the shirt/commemorative item for each event! The Run Series includes:

◦ Love 'em or Leave 'em Valentine's Day 5K/10K - Feb. 10, 2024

◦ Cattle Crossing 5K & Family Fun Trek - June 15, 2024 

◦ So Long to Summer 5K/10K - Sept. 21, 2024

◦ Turkey Day 5K FUN Run/Walk - Nov. 28, 2024

The 2024 bundle is only available through Feb. 9, 2024.

2024 Run Series Bundle Costs 

  • Two 5K and two 10K races - $157 ($174+ value)
  • Three 5K and one 10K races - $148 ($164+ value)
  • Four 5K races - $139 ($154+ value)

In addition to the Run Series, Parker Parks and Recreation hosts the Kids' TRY-athlon event for ages 6 to 12 each July at H2O'Brien Pool and O'Brien Park. This event is about fun over competition. Boys and girls of all ability levels show their skills in three events: swimming, biking and running.

Any proceeds from the events will benefit the Town of Parker Scholarship Program, which helps Parker families and/or individuals with limited financial resources participate in Town Recreation programs and facilities.
