Refund, Transfer and Cancellation Guidelines

Recreation Refund Policy

If a class is canceled or combined due to insufficient registration, you will be notified prior to the class and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another class.

Cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be made three business days prior to the scheduled start of the activity. There is a $5 processing fee for each change to the initial registration purchase.

To submit a registration change request (transfer, cancellation, refund) for Recreation events and activities (i.e. Aquatics, Enrichment, Fitness, Kids’ Zone etc.) customers should email the Registration Coordinator at sarmsbury@parkeronline.org or call 303.805.3273.

Sports Refund Policy

If a league/program is canceled or teams are combined due to insufficient registration, you will be notified prior to the start date and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another sport or team.

Adult Sports: A minimum payment of $100 is due upon registration and is non-refundable; teams may also pay in full. Payment of any remaining balance is due on the start date of the league. Credit cards will automatically be charged; cash and check payments must be submitted no later than the start date of the league.

Youth Sports: Cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be made three business days prior to the scheduled start of the activity. There is a $5 processing fee for each change to the initial registration purchase.

To submit a registration change request (transfers, cancellations, refunds) for Sports activities or leagues, customers should email the Customer Service Specialist for the Sports Division at lmeadows@parkeronline.org or call 303.805.6324.

Other Programs and Activities

Birthday Parties - birthdays@parkeronline.org - Whenever possible, the events team will work to reschedule the party to another date, especially in cases of illness.

Facility Rentals - PRCrentals@parkeronline.org or FHrentals@parkeronline.org - The request should include the following details of reservation being modified: date, time, venue, renter name, and permit number.

Parks Rentals - bglader@parkeronline.org, 303.805.6314 - Report unused field space due to weather within 48 hours of the scheduled rental.
