Whether you’re preparing for downhill skiing or boarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and other winter activities, Winter Sports Conditioning will keep you going.
Led by a certified personal trainer, the program is held on Tuesdays at 9 a.m., beginning Sept. 15. This well-rounded workout includes, lower body strength, cardio endurance and core.
