Our popular weight loss challenge is back! This eight-week fitness and weight loss program is designed to increase physical activity and provide professional guidance and accountability for developing healthy lifestyle habits. 

How it Works

Participants will be divided into teams of three to four. Participants may pick their teammates or can sign up as a free agent and be assigned to a team. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the highest percentage of weight loss at the end of the eight weeks. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three overall individuals with the highest percentage of weight loss.

Complete and return the application to the front desk at the Recreation Center or Fieldhouse. Registration for the challenge will close Jan. 15. There will be a team meeting prior to the start of this event on Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 6:15 p.m. at the Parker Fieldhouse. There will also be a celebration event at the end of the eight weeks to recognize all of the participants’ hard work!

Don't think eight weeks is a long enough challenge for you? Sign up for the add-on program and have access to your trainer and the Nutrition team for another four weeks. You must participate with your Commit to Fit team in order to receive the add-on price.
