Holly Warnock, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Work with Registered Dietitian Holly Warnock to sort out the confusion of what to eat or what not to eat. Sessions are individualized to help the client develop a personal meal plan needed for a healthy lifestyle. Our RD uses the most up-to-date public health and scientific research on food and can assist with a variety of conditions including metabolic disorders, food allergies/intolerances, fatigue and malnutrition. Weight loss and sports nutrition counseling are also available.

Ashley Wood, Nutritional Therapist

Work with Nutritional Therapist Ashley Wood and learn more information on organic food and healthy eating. Learn how to make healthier and more natural choices and gather new healthy recipe ideas the whole family can enjoy. Nutritional therapy sessions are geared towards people who are generally healthy who might want to take a more holistic approach with no known medical conditions and who are seeking to find alternative choices in their diet.

What is the difference between a Registered Dietitian and a Nutritional Therapist?

When to see the RD:  
  • Individualized meal planning
  • Assistance with conditions including metabolic disorders, food allergies/intolerances, fatigue and malnutrition
  • Weight loss support and caloric intake advice
  • Sports nutrition

When to see the Nutritional Therapist:
  • Individualized meal planning
  • Information on organic foods and healthy eating
  • Healthy recipe ideas and modifications
*If you have a chronic condition it is recommended you see the Registered Dietitian.
*Clients can chose to see either the RD or Nutritional Therapist or a combination of the two.

Healthy Cooking Demonstrations

Join our Nutritional Therapist for a night of ideas and suggestions to help you eat healthier. Topics will include healthy tips for preparing food, recipe modification to reduce sodium, fat and sugar and a cooking demonstration of a healthy, balanced meal.
