About the Program

Parker Recreation offers more than 100 group exercise classes per week to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Experienced instructors and a supportive group atmosphere will help keep you motivated through classes like yoga, Pilates, cycling, kickboxing, Zumba®, aqua aerobics, boot camp and more. Group Fitness classes are free* with your membership or daily admission. View the Group Fitness schedule (you will be directed to the GroupEx Pro website.)

Youth ages 13 to 15 must complete a free Fitness Equipment Orientation prior to participating in Group Fitness classes.

Aqua Aerobics

Like other group fitness classes, aqua aerobics classes are free* with your daily admission or membership. An Aqua Aerobics fitness schedule can be found online. 

*Excludes Specialty Fitness Classes.
