Parker Recreation offers more than 100 group exercise classes per week to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Experienced instructors and a supportive group atmosphere will help keep you motivated through classes like yoga, cycling, aqua aerobics and boot camp. Classes are free with your membership or daily admission. Youth ages 13 to 15 must complete a free Fitness Equipment Orientation prior to participating in Group Fitness classes.
Like other group fitness classes, aqua aerobics classes are free* with your daily admission or membership. An Aqua Aerobics fitness schedule can be found here. *Excludes Specialty Fitness Classes.
